Q- How do I order? What is the process?

A- Mail your patch with the printable order form.  Once it is received, you will be contacted and an invoice will be sent via PayPal.  Your patch will be returned to you with the completed plaque.

Q- Can you make my challenge coin into a plaque?

A- YES. The ordering process is the same for challenge coins.  Please indicate which side of the coin you would like made into a plaque when sending your coin.

Q-If I want multiples made of the same patch do I need to send multiple patches?

A- No,  just one patch is needed.
 
Q- How long does it take?

A- Each plaque is custom made by hand. Typical turn around time is  4- 6 weeks from when payment is received. 

Q- What if I don't have the patch I want made?

A- If you do not have the patch please contact us and ask. We are a constantly adding to our collection of patches.

Q-  Do you make or design actual patches, logos, decals etc?

A- No we do not make patches, decals, logos but we would be happy to recommend some trusted friends who do.
